The nonprofit

Diversidays is a nonprofit that significantly facilitates the professional retraining of under-represented or discriminated talents in the tech and digital sectors. The organization supports and accelerates impact-driven leaders from underserved neighborhoods, rural areas, people with disabilities, and many others, while also strengthening diversity and inclusion policies within tech companies.

Diversidays runs programs such as Les Déclics Numériques, which provide job seekers with the tools they need to explore or retrain for careers in digital professions.

The tech project

In 2020, the first version of the Les Déclics Numériques platform was developed with the support of Share it. In 2021, the evolution of the program created new needs and required an enhanced version of the platform, including:

- Unlimited access over time

- Personalized learning paths

- Features adapted to each beneficiary profile, including users with disabilities

- Tools to highlight local stakeholders and their initiatives (programs, training, webinars, recruitment opportunities, etc.)

If you'd like a more narrative or more concise version, I can adjust it.

They say it better!

The encounter with Share it was decisive for scaling up. Share it came with key skills that allowed us to build a reference platform
