The nonprofit


H'up supports and accelerates the success of entrepreneurs with disabilities through four key areas of action and dedicated incubation programs: networking, recognition, advocacy, and incubation. The nonprofit pursues three main objectives: to support any entrepreneur facing the onset of a disability; to guide creators and business owners with disabilities by connecting them with seasoned professionals who can inform their approach and accelerate their progress; and to nurture a strong community of entrepreneurs to promote an innovative vision of disability-inclusive entrepreneurship and solutions.

The tech project

Share it helped the nonprofit scale its impact by optimizing its internal tools, with two main goals in mind:

- structuring a new database to automate processes and improve the “matching” between coaches and beneficiaries;

- creating a digital platform to track support and follow-up.

The result? The full digitalization of the Skills Sponsorship program, one of the key levers the organization had identified for its growth.
