The Mozaïk Foundation: a key player in corporate diversity

For 17 years Mozaïk's ambition has been to stimulate systemic change so that employers practice 100% inclusive recruitment. The objective is to enable young graduates, regardless of their origins, to find a job that lives up to their potential.

The Mozaïk Foundation acts on 3 major levers:

- Change the practices of recruiters by raising awareness and putting them in contact with candidates, in particular through the platform mozaiktalents.com, actions to engage employees and events to exchange and share best practices.

- Support everyone in their job search with adapted and free support solutions and work-study, internship and job offers

- Change mentalities, opinions, fight against stereotypes, deconstruct prejudices and discriminatory imaginations in the world of work.

Since its creation, Mozaïk has enabled more than 20,000 talents to be placed in the job, made more than 64,000 connections between recruiters and candidates and raised the awareness of 100,774 employees. It now has 80 employees spread over 5 regional branches, 400 partners and 10,000 active job offers.

ZIA: the virtual coach that makes a difference

ZIA is the flagship innovation of Mozaïk, a virtual coach based on AI, designed to support candidates in their professional career through:

1. A personalized diagnosis : ZIA starts by analyzing the technical skills (hard skills) and behavioral (soft skills) of candidates. This in-depth assessment makes it possible to draw up a precise profile of the strengths and areas for improvement of each candidate.

2. Tailor-made advice : depending on the initial diagnosis, ZIA offers specific training courses and job offers that correspond to the skills and aspirations of talents, making it possible to precisely target the most relevant opportunities.

3. Intensive training : ZIA also offers candidates the opportunity to practice interviewing. Through simulations, candidates can improve their interview skills, gain confidence, and optimally prepare for meetings with recruiters.

Developed in collaboration with Accenture for the realization and microsoft for ideation and infrastructure, ZIA is currently in the testing phase.* Early versions have shown promising results internally, although adjustments have been required to refine AI interactions. ZIA is scheduled to go into production in September, with a running-in phase before its official launch during special events.

* [Updated in February 2025] ZIA is live today! The ambition: to increase the impact of the association by going from 1,500 to 30,000 apprentices supported per year. The project is supported byAccenture France, microsoft And the Île-de-France region.

A complementary tool to human support

The integration of ZIA into the candidate journey brings real added value by complementing human support. On the one hand, ZIA offers candidates the opportunity to repeat interview exercises as many times as needed, without time pressure and with the freedom to overcome personal obstacles such as shyness. This makes it possible to strengthen their preparation in a more autonomous way.

On the other hand, AI optimizes the time of human coaches, who remain essential to offer comprehensive coaching. While ZIA takes care of the repetitive and practical aspects of training, coaches can focus their efforts where their expertise makes a difference.

This AI project thus demonstrates how technology can enrich and extend human support, without ever replacing it, but by multiplying opportunities for improvement for candidates and maximizing their chances of success.

Setting up AI: a structured process

Integrating AI at Mozaik was a challenge, with learning opportunities in the face of the unknown and changing practices. To support this transition, Mozaïk has developed a program structured in three stages:

1. Acculturation : the first step consisted in training all employees in the use of AI. Practical workshops have been organized to allow everyone to understand how AI can be used in their daily missions. Frederic Bardeau, founder of Simplon, led these training sessions, allowing for gradual and practical acculturation.

2. Ideation : the second step, carried out in partnership with Microsoft, consisted in exploring how AI could improve Mozaïk's services. Brainstorming workshops made it possible to identify ideal user paths for candidates, recruiters and partners. This phase made it possible to design user stories detailing the interactions between users and AI tools.

3. Achievement : Finally, the third stage saw the realization of the ideas developed. In collaboration with Accenture, Mozaïk worked on a roadmap detailing the functionalities to be developed.

AI at the service of non-profits' innovation

In addition to ZIA, Mozaïk uses AI to automate administrative tasks such as writing reports with tools like Leexi. AI is also being used to optimize project management through platforms like Asana. These tools save time and improve the effectiveness of internal operations, even if their direct added value remains limited to an efficiency gain role.

Mozaïk's experience with AI shows that it can be a powerful lever for associations, not only to improve their internal processes but also to strengthen and optimize the services offered to their beneficiaries.

Mozaïk continues to refine its tools and train its teams to remain at the forefront of innovation, while keeping people at the heart of its actions. Why not follow their example and see how AI can transform your organization?
